CrossFit The Taj Terms and Conditions & Policies and Procedures:

  • New memberships are prorated for the first month. Regular dues apply thereafter with payments made on or before the first day of each month.
  • Dues are paid each month by credit/debit card withdraws on or before the 1st of the month. Our auto withdraws occur between the 22nd and 1st of the month for the next month of membership.
  • Memberships are automatically renewed with the same terms at the end of the membership period.
  • Memberships fifteen (15) days past due will deactivated. Memberships not settled within (30) days will be sent to collections.
  • Declined credit cards will be charged $30.00 each time the card is declined.
  • Written notice of thirty (30) days prior to billing date must be given to assure cancellation of automatic payments for all memberships types. Members are responsible for all invoices that are incurred during the 30 day notice period. Invoices that are scheduled within the 30 day notice period will be charged upon notification of cancelation.
  • Written notice via our hold/cancelation form, thirty (30) billing days prior to hold date must be given to assure your hold is in place for the appropriate periods. Member is responsible for all invoices within 30 days notice of hold. Hold notices must be completed in person via our hold/cancel form at our downtown location.
  • CrossFit The Taj allows holds for a 30 day period. CrossFit The Taj does not hold memberships under 30 days. All holds are done from the 1st of the month to the 30th of the month. After the 30 day hold, memberships restore to "active" and auto-billing also restores to "active" -
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to cancel anyone's membership at any time for any reason.
  • All members, guests, anyone using a wodify account or using our facilities at any time are considered a "member" and expected to follow and respect our policies and procedures/terms and conditions.
  • Membership plans can be canceled; however, we must receive written notification thirty (30) days prior to your credit card processing date (normally the 1st of each month). It is the members responsibility to give written notice 30 days in advance via our hold/cancel form. There will be no refund once a payment has been charged to your credit card. CFT reserves the right to charge remaining invoices at the time of cancelation notice. Your membership must be active status in order to cancel your membership. A membership on "hold" must be active in order to cancel a membership. A membership cannot be "held" and canceled at the same time. All cancelation/hold requests must be processed in person at our downtown location.
  • We do not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry it over to the next month if you missed a class. No exceptions.
  • Canceling classes is governed by our X+ cancellation policy of 2 hours. If you wish to opt out of X+ you must cancel classes with more than 12 hours prior to the start of your registered class. You may opt of X+ at the front desk via our "opt out" sheet.
  • CrossFit The Taj assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found articles not claimed will be donated to charity.
  • No smoking is allowed in any part of our facilities. Food or drink may be taken into workout areas if it is in a non-breakable, enclosed container.
  • Members must be 18 years of age or older.
  • CrossFit The Taj is committed to the health, safety, welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. CrossFit The Taj has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest.
  • CrossFit The Taj operates by class or appointment-only training, unless otherwise noted. CrossFit The Taj may alter its location, operating hours, services, type and quantity of equipment, and type and frequency of its classes, from time to time, at its sole discretion. Fitness training is an evolving science, thus CrossFit The Taj reserves the right to change its routines, classes and equipment, policies and procedures, memberships, fees, rates, to accommodate such evolution.
  • CrossFit The Taj does allow Open Gym hours for members to come in and work on skills, goats, and their overall fitness. To utilize Open Gym hours, members must participate in a minimum of 2 class WOD's per week, unless member is rehabbing an injury. Members using Open Gym are welcome to ask coaches for help, as long as they are not coaching a class at the same time. We encourage members to make the most of our facility. Even if you are just bored at work, come on over, I am sure there is something going on at CFT!
  • CrossFit The Taj allows members to keep overnight lockers, free of charge with attendance of 12 or more classes in a calendar month. Members are responsible for their own lockers and items in the lockers. Please keep lockers clean and tidy.
  • CrossFit The Taj is happy to provide Mobility, Olympic Weightlifting, Yoga and kickboxing free of charge with monthly CFT membership.
  • Members shall pay for any damages to CrossFit The Taj property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of member, member's guest or dependent children. Members are responsible for the conduct and damages of their guest.
  • CrossFit The Taj does enforce a strict social media policy regarding usage of pictures and information from its facility or name/logo. CFT also reserves the right to enforce its policy regarding slander/libel/defamation of character or any other information shared about its facility, employees, or llc.
  • CrossFit The Taj may close its Facility, in its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, for seminars, certifications, weather, maintenance, selected holidays and other hours based on government requirements. CrossFit The Taj may delete, change, discontinue, repair, or replace any part or all of the Facility without any effect on this agreement.
  • We are committed to your progress as an athlete and encourage you to utilize open gym hours to do accessary strength, conditioning, & skill work. In order to foster a welcoming environment for everyone, we ask that you refrain from wearing headphones while working out.
